  • Lisa Johnson

    Lisa Johnson, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Ms. Johnson is the CEO and CFO of TWM with over 30 years of experience in the combined areas of public accounting, private industry, and government contracting, focusing in the areas of financial auditing, Information Technology (IT) auditing, Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA), and Treasury activities. Most recently, Ms. Johnson has supported efforts with commercial firms, Federal Agencies (Department of Defense and Civilian), state, and local governments. This recent focus has been in the development and implementation of information security doctrine and policies; testing techniques; and testing activities for efforts including Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) support, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance, assessment and authorization (A&A) reviews, and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) audits and reviews. Ms. Johnson holds a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) also holding certifications as a Certified Information Technology Professional (CPA.CITP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risks and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). 

  • Harry Southerland

    Harry Southerland, Senior Information Security Engineer

    Mr. Southerland has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, Information System Engineering, and Information Technology. Mr. Southerland has supported customers in the development and implementation of information security doctrine and policies, including Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) support, assessment ad authorization (A&A)) reviews, The Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP), and the Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)and the transition from DIACAP to the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF). Mr. Southerland has a Bachelors of Science Degrees in Electronic Engineering Technologies and Computer Information Systems (CIS) and holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, and a Microsoft-Certified Professional (MCP).

  • Bruce Wilkins, Consultant

    Mr. Wilkins is a Consultant to TWM and prior CEO, a cybersecurity systems engineering company specializing in Information Assurance. Mr. Wilkins has been working in the information assurance and cybersecurity arena for over 30 years developing high assurance architectures and reviewing critical Federal and commercial computer systems. Mr. Wilkins has a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Security and holds certifications including CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, and CRISC. Mr. Wilkins has supported the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA)’s CGEIT Certification Committee.
