Why we collect personal and company information
TWM Associates collects none of your personal and company information unless you provide to us in order to give you superior customer service, for communications strategy development, and to produce a product in-line with your specific communication objectives. We may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in market research and/or client satisfaction surveys to help us gauge and improve the quality of our products and/or services.
How we collect personal and company information
We collect information about you and/or your company in several ways. For example, we might collect your contact information when you correspond with us, contact us through our website, call us to inquire about our products or services, send a business reply card back to us, register to attend one of our seminars, participate in a survey, or ask to be included in an e-mail or postal mailing list. Personal information is also collected through third-party sources (when we acquire a mailing list), or when you submit a resume for employment consideration. TWM Associates will never request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other similar highly sensitive information unless you are becoming a TWMer and then those items are used for normal employee payroll and other processing. If you receive such a request from any one purporting to represent TWM Associates, please contact us immediately.
When we disclose personal or company information
Additionally, TWM Associates does not use any embodiment of your project, in whole or in part, for public display as part of its work portfolio. Any and all source information used for its development that is absent from its published content will be maintained confidential. At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal or company information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for public safety or national security.
TWM Associates will -under no other circumstances and in no other manner- transfer, disclose, share, sell, rent, or make available your personal or company information to third parties.

You always have access to the personal information we have about you. You have access to the information we have about your company to the degree that we are authorized in writing by an officer of your company to release it to you.
