Asset Identification
TWM Associates, Inc., (TWM) strives to help the organization encompass the importance of identifying and classifying tangible and intangible information technology (IT) assets as part of an entity’s risk assessment process.
TWM works with the entities to help identify aspects of, or define the process for proper identification of, critical IT assets to help ensure those IT assets are properly protected. This helps the organization direct the proper amount of resources towards protecting them, and not waste time and effort protecting assets that are not critical.
TWM´s approach includes helping the organization in determining which assets are critical and non-critical, which will allow the organization to allocate sufficient resources for protecting those assets.
