Protecting your privacy is important to TWM Associates, as such, we strive to keep your personal and company information confidential. Why we collect personal and company information
TWM Associates collects none of your personal and company information unless you provide to us in order to give you superior customer service, for communications strategy development, and to produce a product in-line with your specific communication objectives. We may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in market research and/or client satisfaction surveys to help us gauge and improve the quality of our products and/or services.

How we collect personal and company information
We collect information about you and/or your company in several ways. For example, we might collect your contact information when you correspond with us, contact us through our website, call us to inquire about our products or services, send a business reply card back to us, register to attend one of our seminars, participate in a survey, or ask to be included in an e-mail or postal mailing list. Personal information is also collected through third-party sources (when we acquire a mailing list), or when you submit a resume for employment consideration. TWM Associates will never request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other similar highly sensitive information unless you are becoming a TWMer and then those items are used for normal employee payroll and other processing. When we disclose personal or company information
Because TWM Associates works with carefully selected outside sources and supporting companies including, but not limited to, commercial printers, Internet service providers, electronic content, or physical embodiments of your project, your personal and/or company information may need to be shared with third parties. However, your personal and company information will only be shared to the degree that is necessary for these entities to properly complete their work requirements. On the basis of existing agreements and/or recognition of similar privacy practices, policies, and or philosophies, they in turn will endeavor to protect the limited personal and/or company information that is entrusted upon them in accordance with the TWM Associates Client Privacy Policy.

Additionally, TWM Associates does not use any embodiment of your project, in whole or in part, for public display as part of its work portfolio. Any and all source information used for its development that is absent from its published content will be maintained confidential. At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal or company information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for public safety or national security.

TWM Associates will -under no other circumstances and in no other manner- transfer, disclose, share, sell, rent, or make available your personal or company information to third parties.

TWM Associates safeguards the security of the personal and company information you share with us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal and company data when you are on the Internet.

You always have access to the personal information we have about you. You have access to the information we have about your company to the degree that we are authorized in writing by an officer of your company to release it to you. Our commitment to privacy
To make certain that your personal and company information remains confidential, we make these privacy guidelines available to every TWM Associates employee and provider. Moreover, every TWM Associates employee is asked to commit to our privacy policy by a signing non-disclosure agreement.

If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated herein or at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal or company information in any new manner.
